As for the confusion over her last name. Inutsuka is used in all booklets we have apart from Super Mario Land (and one I found on discogs), which use Inuzuka. So I'm leanining towards the former being correct, but I guess we can't really know for sure.

In cases like this, we have used the more common name as the main name. It would be a bit more ambiguous if there were a 50/50 split, but in this case there's only one documented case of "Inuzuka". That's solid evidence that "Inutsuka" is the correct reading.
