and my question is how did japan know pout it and did they release it on the soundtrack? and what is the name of the soundtrack?

Maybe the first notes are similar but that's all. I am not sure it's the same song.
First thing is to find if that music used in the Arabian opening was also used in the Japanese series (which i don't know).

I can confirm that I didn't hear it in the Arabian dub of ashita no joe 2 but am not shore of the japanese or the first season
