It seems there finally is a release date, and they lowered the cost of the game.

i'm confused, this one seems to be the same, but the cover is totally different

That's a bonus for the Switch/PS4 port from this year which apparently hasn't been added to the db yet. And it has new tracks that weren't on this one for a total of 29 tracks according to the press release (note that it's "Original Soundtrack DX") https://www.arcsystemworks.jp/portal/post-25621/
