Nathan Johnson - Scraping the Sky (inFamous: Second Son)
Olivier Deriviere - The Fight for All (AC: Freedom Cry) Can't find just this track, YT has one video with full OST (over an hour) but that's just copyright-wise pushing it so I'd rather not link it.
Petri Alanko - Hillbilly Hipsters & Holy Glowsticks! (Trials Fusion)
Marcin Przybyłowicz - The Fields of Ard Skellig (Witcher 3)
Kenji Kawai (vocals Tokyo Chorus & Shikata) - Ra Ciel Reincarnation & Toru Ishitsuka (vocals Origa) - em-pyei-n vari-fen jang (Ar nosurge)

Not very good stuff this year so far, but a few tracks I regularly skip to

The Blue Ark (Ar nosurge)

A couple of good tracks on Melty Moment (e.g. 探し物が見つかりますように) and Majo Koi Nikki (e.g. 少女が歩く森) but there are no Youtube links.

Anime-wise, Magical Warfare was definitely above average
