Default PCCB-00205: Skull Fang / Avengers in Galactic Storm
I'm pretty sure this CD refers to two different games: Skull Fang and Avengers In Galactic Storm.

Yep, there are albums in Scitron's 1500 Series which combine 2 short OSTs into 1 release, using the slash mark " / " in the title between the names.
