Until it's a different print (release date is different), this album is already in the database here.

So the difference is that 22 of the tracks are 1 second longer?

Yes, kind nostalgic. The tracks are similar, not a remaster or any kind. Reprints have a similar DiscID, this pressed CD don't. We can't treat it as a reprint. Owners of this CD need this entry to retrieve its info via VGM freedb.

Actually, you can have different track times and track titles on a reprint (unless some of the upcoming changes don't allow this). Does the freedb lookup include the reprints?

Can we really trust that entry and freedb times ?
There's like 4 different releases of the CD on freedb, and each of them have different track times.

We probably can't trust any of them without the original CDs to compare. If each printing differs, that would explain why none of the sources agree.
