Default Different price for physical/digital release

I'm wondering if there's a way to set a specific price for the physical release of an album, and a different price for the digital release.

Would I simply create a second album for the digital release?

Thanks!

Reprints always have their own separate prices on entries. So if it's a child album, you just use the drop down menu, on the parent album to submit one.

Gotcha. What determines an album parent/child relationship -- whether it's a reprint or not?

If an album has both CD and digital releases but the tracklist is the same, entry for digital release is not needed. You can however use the notes field of the CD entry for something like 'Also available digitally for (the price)'.

And about CD reprints - the child album must have the same tracks as parent album. So if it has even one less or one more track, it's not a child album.
CD child album must have different looking printed material - different front cover or different back cover and such, anything like that really. Even a different catalog number is enough I think.

Or even track names in another language, like:

http://vgmdb.net/album/29678 (parent)

Hrm. Would a separate release warrant a separate entry? Especially if the price point is different?

Alternatively (just dreaming out loud) what about having multiple releases be associated per album, like with Media?

No if the tracklist is the same (talking about CD vs. digital release).

... And digital releases may have different price points depending on region. Steam charges different prices depending on where you live - US Dollars, pounds sterling, Euros (there's two different European regions in their store), or Rubles. Sometimes the difference is minimal. Other times... not so much.
