The obi is for COCX-40212~3, which is the Gag & Fantasy-hen, not the SF & Action-hen. The scans placed as Case Front and Case Back actually belong on https://vgmdb.net/album/99117.

The Translation provided by Columbia's official site matches the CD number on the SF & Action-hen. Therefore, the "Gag & Action Hen" as submitted to the database is mistranslated.
