Track M-number from bootleg booklet pics couldn't be 100% accurate, some could report X-x' or X-x''.
Unfortunately I haven't found a jap site which report those infos as for others eternal edition.

it's ok without, it's just tracklist pollution to me

those albums should be harmonized as Dynamic Pro Films ETERNAL EDITION File No.## & ## - Series (mazinger z, great mazinger, ufo robot grendizer, devilman)
