I'm not sure how to properly translate 竜騎士の砦 from track 7, so any help would be nice.

My rips have it as "Dragon Knights' Fortress".

The Suikoden Original Game Soundtrack has the same track title on 2-15, and the same kanji. In the #gamemp3s nfo file, it's translated as "Dragon Knights' Fortress", so I think it's a safe bet.
As a side note, this is an absolutely wonderful album. |

As posters above already said:
竜 = Dragon 騎士 = Knight の = denotes possession 砦 = Fortress |

The game calls the place "Dragon Knight's Fortress" (or "Dragon Knights' Fortress", I'm not sure), too

So, apparently this album incorrectly labels track 3, "Distant Mountain", from Suikoden II when it is actually from the original Suikoden.
