While I can't provide scans for this album currently, I can confirm that the titles I have added all appear on the album itself.

I have the album in my possession, but I have chosen not to open it until Christmas, as a Christmas gift for myself.

So uh, if there are any issues with the album titles that I've added, feel free to change them. But I've modelled it both on the scans from the 1st OST, and from what I've seen considering that I own the CD itself.

In terms of the tracklist that I edited, I've taken a photo of the back of the CD itself:

Um, there's something weird with the tracklist here.

So, I imported the songs directly from the CD, but they came up in a different order than what's on the CD booklet.

Track 26 was placed as track 30. That's also what it's listed as on the JP iTunes store. It's also obvious that it's not an issue with the tracklist, since the 30th song is clearly a piano version of the main theme.

Anyone have any ideas what we should do with the tracklist? Would it be a typo on the booklet itself? Not sure myself.

The ordering of the songs is different between M-25 and M-30 on the CD's files. The differences are as follows:

M-25 is "Shuumaku" [終幕]
M-26 is "Mogisen" [模擬戦]
M-27 is "HI-KA-RI"
M-28 is "Masatsu" [摩擦]
M-29 is "Kyoumei" [共鳴]
M-30 is "main theme <piano ver.>"

Feel free to change anything if you think it's needed.

Changed the timestamps on some of the songs, to match up with the songs that are on the disc's files.

I figured I'd do this since the times aren't credited anywhere on the booklet itself.

Added scans. No idea if there are any differences between the first OST and second OST in terms of performers/musicians. Might be good to double check, but aside from the one insert song I don't think there are any differences.

I guess this album's tracklist being wrong, any freedb or whatever request won't work
it'd be not better to follow what the cd has rather than the erroneous tracklist?

The first time I've seen the packaging get anything wrong, and this is quite big.
6 whole tracks mistitled. Such a shame.
