From Tecmo composer Takuya Hanaoka: https://web.archive.org/web/20030307...sc/d80_tsc.htm
Quote:
Vol.2 "Live at the Stadium": live-style arrangement of Tecmo Super Bowl (SNES) Vol.3: a twelve-tone serial arrangement of Quiz Kokology 2 for a string ensemble (oh my god I want to hear this) Vol.4: pre-production music for Toukidenshou: Angel Eyes I searched around a bit for these albums in varying combinations of English and Japanese and the only site I could find anywhere is this one: http://www.gmoa.com/vgme/vgme/html/raregm.html. It has a microscopic pic of "Tecmo Sound Collection: Special Issue" (テクモサウンドコレクション増刊号), which seems like it could possibly be different from volumes 1~4? Does anyone know if the Pilotwings 64 Original Soundtrack CD actually exists? I've found multiple sites that list it and a release date and catalog number [PCCG-383] but I've yet to see any pictures or any copies up for auction.

Since it's up for auction right now and the first time I've seen pictures of it I'll leave these here:
美食戦隊 薔薇野郎 サウンドコレクション Gourmet Sentai Bara Yarou Sound Collection with some online searching it looks like the track in the booklet 美食戦隊 薔薇野郎のテーマ is credited to 小川一広. Another composer might be 木村光徳 |

It was auctioned a few days ago and I kinda regret I didn't place a bid on it. Didn't add it because there's basically no info on how it was released (probably some omake disc)
紅蓮天衝-修羅- LIMITED SOUND DISC The scan refers to "願いながら…" (composed by Hidehiko Enomoto) as OP and "時の旅人" (composed by PYON-MO) as ED which is exactly the opposite of what BANDiT info and Youtube videos say. Notably though, this may be PYON-MO's only work (under this alias) outside of Studio e.go! |

This soundtrack doesn't seem to be in the database. It's the Natsume Game Sound Collection, which was a contest giveaway released last year. Only 250 copies were made.

Just wanted to check if this one would be applicable to add to the database. It comes enclosed with Crime Killer (well, the PAL version at least), and features extended, higher quality, error free (the game uses redbook but has a ton of mastering errors in all the songs) versions of four songs from the game. It has no catalog number for what I can see though.
Sorry for the poorly shot image, but it's night here and I don't have many rooms that have bright lighting, so I had to use the spare bathroom! |

EDIT: There's actually a detailed description about them in the manual, here's what it says: "All tracks written and produced by Minuteman. Minuteman are Martyn Walsh, ex-Inspiral Carpets bass player, and Daren Mahomed, ex-studio engineer and prime mover in the early Detroit techno scene. They met on Dartmoor in October 1996 at the KLF Sonic Tank Extravaganza. Their first release - Signal To Noise EP is available now on Tantrum Records." It also has "Additional Music - "Killa" Ian Boddy" underneath, though I guess he only composed other songs in the game and not any on the Minuteman EP. Hey guys, I'm pretty new around here and was hoping someone has seen this before.
I know there is an entry on here for a cd copy of this, Namcot game a la mode II, but on Yahoo Auctions Japan I found a listing for a vinyl copy not too long ago. This was the one and only photo the seller posted. http://imgur.com/uW8IqZj I found a photo a cassette version as well, but nowhere mention a vinyl one. Hope someone knows something about this. |

I wonder where I can get brand new cassette tape/VHS players. CD/DVD players, no problem. But cassettes!?
Anyway. It looks like these tapes originate from "PlayStation Magazine". Looking at the bottom one (because it's easier to read), my best guess would be verbal tips and walkthroughs for (Battle Arena) Toushinden played over all of the game's BGM. Does a cassette tape even have enough space for the whole soundtrack? Also includes FAQs for Gunner's Heaven and Jumping Flash. Konami tape: FAQs and info for Tokimeki Memorial: Forever With You, Twinbee: Taisen Puzzle Dama, Gokujou Parodius da! Deluxe Pack, and Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakkyu '95. Namco tape: FAQs and info for Tekken with BGM. Tips and tricks spoken by (or was given by) the game's development staff? FAQs and info for Ridge Racer nad Cybersled and Starblade Alpha. |

What a crazy idea for an OST/tips tape... thanks for the info.
Should we add 3 entries for them? |

I have a cassette tape for the Famicom Disk System game Kieta Princess. I haven't taken it out of its original plastic wrap though. I think the songs are by Yasuko Tomita. I remember the manual had some pictures of her in the studio.
