Is there a reference for the composers being Masaki Izutani (Alfh Lyra) and Syun Nishigaki (Alfh Lyra)?

Yeah, the game credits

T Yomage = Masaki Izutani
Syun = Syun Nishigaki

Toshio Kajino and Nobuo Oouchi are sound designers. I don't know who Kiyo is.

I've linked them through, but I may have been premature. How do you know they were composers and not sound designers?

The thing that ponders me, though, is where these people got their info from. Last time i checked, there are no credits in the game. Possibly they got confused with Super Muscle Bomber? Or they used the same and just left isao out for some reason? I do believe the T.Yomage one, though, due to Colt's theme being an almost exact replica of the city streets theme from Captain Commando, but i don't know how they got shun out of it all. Perhaps there's another place that says this and that it is definitely true? If so, i would love to go wherever these people went to get their information.

Source of credits:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IrHPOcVFNU#t=24m51s - Muscle Bomber Duo

Sound Design

Note how T'Yomage [Masaki Izutani] and Toshi [Toshio Kajino] are on top, significantly positioned, and given their own little chibi characters. This proves that they are the biggest contributors, and might possibly be BGM only whilst the others did SE. That, or T'Yomage was head of BGM while Toshi was head of SE.
-Toshio Kajino was responsible for "Music/Sound" of the SNES version of Final Fight, but in Tenchi wo Kurau II: Sekiheki no Tatakai, he can either be BGM or SE, as the other sound credits for the game are "Sound Program."
-The Punisher is proof that Syun [Syun Nishigaki] has done SE instead of BGM
-Kiyo has done music in Cadillacs: New Dinosaur Century (http://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2886)
-Nobu [Nobuhiro Oouchi] is still definitely SE only.

I agree it seems likely but unless we can find definite proof of who did what we should keep them away from the album page.

KIYO confirmed to be Ryo Mizutsuki as per her works list
http://www.fujitsubo-machine.jp/~kiyo/works1.htm
She composed NEWYORK(STAGE5) and THEME OF ZALAZOF
Not sure if that makes her a former Alfh Lyra member and she should also be linked to Cadillacs ~New Dinosaur Century~ (PCCB-00133 not in her works list)

Interesting to see SYUN and KIYO collaborate as early as 1993

I've spent time on the Capcom Database wikia and cannot find any composer credits so I say leave it as Alph-Lyla for now.
