T's MUSIC (#3194)
Pretty minor, but isn't is "T's music", lowercase "m" in music?

Yes (according to the official website, which is already linked to in the profile with the correct case curiously enough).

In some scans they are credited as T's MUSIC or T's Music though. I guess they aren't too consistent.

I'm looking for more info about this unit - specifically, were they involved in Gate of Thunder (21/feb/92) as well as Winds of Thunder (23/apr/93)? And which members worked into these games (let's throw in S Darius II [24/dec/93] as well).

No. The game credits "sound design" to Nick Wood and "music compose" to N. (Naoko) Wada, both of Syn Sound Design (Syn Studios). This album credits three tracks to Wood: http://vgmdb.net/album/6154.
Yes. Specifically, Satoshi Miyashita, credited in the game as "Groove King" and on that same album above with his real name. Yes, but the game only credits "T's MUSIC" for arrangement. There is an album, but if anyone specific from T's Music is mentioned, it's not in the scans we have: http://vgmdb.net/album/2871. |

Thank you, that was very helpful. So there's no direct connection between Gate and Winds' music, that was a bit surprising...

Right. You'll even find some people mistakenly crediting Gate of Thunder to T's Music too, probably because it sounds so similar to Winds/Lords of Thunder and T's Music's other guitar-heavy CD soundtracks made around the same time. (If you look hard enough on the internet, you can find me doing it!)
I was pretty shocked when I finally saw the game's credits several years ago and T's Music was nowhere in sight. |

T's MUSIC has a logo. And in regards to that, I actually first noticed it in the credits of Resident Evil Dead Aim (Biohazard Gun Survivor 4: Heroes Never Die in Japan) where I really don't think they participated with any music, so it's a bit strange that they appear in the credits...
http://www.residentevilsaga.it/detai...etails=credits They've extracted the logos from the credits on that page, but it's not in great quality. You could screenshot the Flash intro on the official site, too (like last.fm did), but since it's animated, we can't get a conclusive image from it... |

That page omits half of Dead Aim's credits. In the first half, sound effects are credited to Manabu Fujiki of T's Music.

I wonder which member(s) of T's Music did Flicky.

I don't know why they did it this way, but T's MUSIC has a lengthy online works list, except it's behind a hidden URL that they'll only give you by email if you fill out a form on their site.
So anyway, here's 378 games that they've worked on in some way: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing |

Nice list! But do they not include any additional info regarding what work they did, like music, sfx, arrangements?

That's all the info provided, unfortunately.

That's unfortunate as there are several games on the list where I know T's Music is credited only for SFX, so we can't infer they did music on the other entries without further information (like staff rolls, which we should look into anyway to get the artists ).

Yep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
They do voice recording too so I wouldn't be surprised if there's at least one work there where they didn't touch the music or sound effects at all! |

This list seems neither complete nor entirely accurate, especially when you get into the earlier games. According to an interview, Submarine Attack for the Master System was their first game. And I think they've mixed up some versions: they're not credited on MD Raiden, but they did work on Raiden for the PC Engine.

They’re also responsible for arrangements of Hellfire S for PC Engine and the entire soundtrack to Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire.

It looks like T's Music got a new website at some point. Their works are now listed for everyone to see, minus platforms in most cases.
