I added images for this one: booklet (front, back, pages), disc, and back. The tray is just opaque, white plastic.
My copy doesn't have the Obi, so I left the small "case front" image since it displays the front of the Obi.

According to the description on the album's page linked below, the unit spinnerbait, credited for performance on track 1, is made up of Takaaki Hosoda/細田貴昭 (credited for composition) and Takako Chiyoda/千代田孝子 (credited for lyrics). And it says they do "twin vocals", so they are the two vocalists in this track.
