It has no matter, it's a vocal album but since it give voice cast credit I would report all perfect infos. Unfortunately the back picture is small, I was able to figure out all cast except in Cyborg 009 cast (2nd line, last character) there's ペールXX by Yuji Mitsuya. I don't find the last two kanjis, wiki give only ペール but I can't also recognize who is this secondary character.
Also 1st name of 4th line イエール. It's Captain Future anime, but there's no イエール (Hyeres?) character. The voice should be 岸野一彦 that is credited (from most site) to エズラ (Ezra)
