Default First "advanced" composition in video-games

I was wondering what would be the first "advanced" musical compositions in video-games?
By advanced i mean non linear in the non melodic elements, like drums, bass, etc... also maybe some "humanly freestyle" melody.

To me, it would be the Paperboy arcade tune, 1984.

Do you know of something else, maybe older, matching this description?

Next would probably be Rob Hubbard's work on C64, like Monty on the Run, 1985.

[EDIT] But Martin Galway's Comic Bakery could also be featured, 1984.

My immediate thought when seeing this thread was Marble Madness (Arcade), which surprise surprise is also from 1984. It was a good year, eh? I think the musical complexity is way ahead of its time. This video has a bunch of songs. (Note that the uploader has added some additional reverb.)

That Paper Boy tune is ace though same composer isn't it (Hal Canon)?
