I found another version of this album.
Seems like it's a german version.
Here's the disc scan, you can see it got a different catalog number.

Yeah, it turns out that a lot of these PC game soundtracks had overseas releases with different art/markings/release details. Each should get a separate entry once we've found out enough information.

There are a great lot of these soundtracks available in Poland where they were packed with just about every version of the game. Simply check Icewind Dale II sales at http://www.allegro.pl and get one that contains the soundtrack.

Since the disc is a bonus with the game should it take on the ID on the disc of CD-W58-1336-3 instead of MN-W58-1336-1?

I'd put "CD-W58-1336-3" as the Disc's catalog number, which is "catalog" under the Media section.

I'll try to work on making the media catalog numbers searchable, sometime soon.

Clicking between Normal and NDT, on my end it looks as if the data track time gets passed to the NDT first track and the last track on NDT loses its time.

It may be best to remove the NDT track list, it breaks the time for the tracks and it is already referenced to exist, so it should be left with the data track in it.

Somehow i didn't notice your post a year ago, but yeah, we tracklists with and without the data track can't really co-exist.
