I added composition credits from the atwiki leak. The tracks officially credited to Jindo, Okajima and Kamikura for "arrangement" are almost certainly all composed by them, as the leak says that composition for those tracks was outsourced. I know for a fact that Jindo definitely composed D1-2 and D4-5 at least.

Worth noting that the venerable tk_nz has properly credited the composition of the outsourced tracks for both Celceta and CS1 to its respective "arrangers". He hasn't provided individual composer credits for the internal Sound Team jdk staff on his site, so it doesn't look like he's aware of the leak incident.
