Default Automatically removing albums in a collection from a wishlist

As albums are added to one's collection, is there a bulk way to purge those albums from one's wishlist? The idea behind this is "I already own these albums, and so I am no longer looking for them."

If this isn't possible to do automatically, would it be easy to set up such a feature?

Even a "move to collection" option in the drop down when editing your wishlist would work. But really the collection and wish list management need better options. It's silly that you have to add a single album to your collection at a time and it takes 3 page loads to do so, unless you copy down albumIDs, which is equally absurd. Just one click add when you click add to my collection or wish list from an album page...
