Since the U.S. release (SK 89697) came out first, shouldn't it be the parent album rather than it saying "pre-release of SRCS-2519"?

I have no idea how to edit such a thing and I'm not even sure if that's something Trusted Editors can even do yet.

Edit: I guess that's sorta my fault since I added the U.S. release as a child album. But I don't see any other option that would allow me to add an identical print that came out before the album whose page I was viewing. Unless I'm missing something obvious?

Only staff can 'flip' a parent and child. That's because some cases are tricky. This one can only be handled by me or Blah, since the ratings have to be migrated from the old parent to the new one.

So, before we do this, we should probably double check both release dates to make sure they are accurate.

It's really unusual that the U.S. release is just being added to the database now. I mean, am I the only one who owns this version? I remember going out and buying it at the mall before the movie was even released in theaters. Good times.

The only reason I just added it here is because I was cleaning my closet earlier and happened to spot that CD and thought to myself.. hey.. that's not part of my VGMdb collection!

Okay, I've switched them around. Thanks for adding the US version.

Maybe I'm wrong but looking at the bar code it seems that the back cover images are from the european release.

I found photos from U.S. and its barcode is 6-9699-89697-2-8

EAN for european release is 5099708969769, common version here in Italy has this EAN from what I see.

There's some european release. For example german has 5099708970727 and french is 5099708970721. For the rest of the countries without specific cover in their language, the EAN is 5099708969769. I added german and french versions yesterday.

So the father album is listed as 5099708970721 and tagged as US version. I think this is wrong.
