Piano Arrange
Takayuki Yoshimura / Disc3 M03 "Desolation"
Shouldn't this person be added as an arranger?

And I wonder why this credit wasn't added along with the rest of the composition/arrangement credits by disc, and instead put further inside the booklet by the orchestration credit.

EDIT: Nevermind, I know why. Desolation isn't a solo piano piece. Got it mixed up with another track.

Since I don't see it mentioned here I might as well do it for records purposes.

The DISC 2 for the original print run is defective and Procyon Studio ran a replacement campaign soon after launch. Only a small mark in the front of the CD makes it possible to distinguish the new disc from the defective one.

Also, many of the copies shipped from Amazon Japan arrived with the box damaged and they also ran a replacement campaign soon after launch. I'm not aware of any differences between the original and replacements.

Can anyone please tell me the difference(s) between Type B and Type C of this release? I have Type C. Is there additional content exclusive to one release?

Type B has the bonus 6th disc with jingles and the piano arranges. Type C does not.

In addition to the sixth disc, Type A and B both have extra physical items inside the box, including a 124-page booklet (compared to the 10-page booklet in Type C), sheet music for Mitsuda’s track 在りし日のふたり, a 2-sided card with printed signatures, and a bookmark. The box itself is unique as well, custom-made for this release.

Incidentally, is there actually any mention of Type A, B, or C anywhere in the packaging of these releases? If not, shouldn't this info be removed from their titles and left in the notes only? I have Type B but don't see that designation printed anywhere on it.

I was wondering this as well. Usually special edition suffixes aren't included in the album title, but rather are mentioned in the notes.

I checked last.fm to see what others were scrobbling to but "Xenoblade2 Original Soundtrack", "Xenoblade 2 Original Soundtrack" and "Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Original Soundtrack" had 1 listener each, while "Xenoblade2 Original Soundtrack [Type B]" had 0 (I am the only listener).

No, I don't think so.

Amazon shipped them out like this, fixing the bookmark to the front with 2 stickers, one at the top and the other covering the barcode:

After removing that, the sticker with the barcode underneath is this:

I guess your point is lost on me on account that I don't speak Japanese. I don't see a suffix in the text, either. Unless your "I don't think so" was directed to the fellow above me, in which case this makes a lot more sense lol

Yes, the "no" is directed to the question in the post above yours.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for the confirmation, I'll re-tag mine to get rid of [Type B] from the album tag!
