So, Zhane. When you add information like this, we need to know which tracks you mean. Which tracks are from Shining Tears, Shining Tears X Wind, Shining Blade? Same deal with the composers. Mikio Saito did not compose and arrange this entire album, but your edit implies that he did.

Credits can be found here. I know adding these is tedious, and most of the tracks on this album are unrelated to VGM anyway. I don't expect anyone to add all of these unless it's a real interest, because it's so far out of scope, but I do expect specific track credits in the notes before putting anything in the composers field. Something like this:
