I know the Super Marcato Bros. have form when it comes to creating original works that are dressed up to be game soundtracks but I can confirm that, in this instance, it is associated with an actual game. The game is as yet unreleased, however.

Nor could I although I've just listened to their podcast - where they discuss the game's soundtrack in detail - and they mentioned that the game is due to be released in the near future.
