Some proposed corrections:
Code:
04 Rushing into Battle! 2:46
15 The Fort Where the Stars Gather 3:01
16 Door to One Million Worlds 2:43
17 Guidance of the Stream 3:21
"Stars" refers to the Suikoden "Stars of Destiny".

Oh, well then, for further clarification the Suikoden games partly involve identifying and recruiting 108 "Stars of Destiny" (either NPCs or playable characters), and establishing a base of operations for this purpose. Track 15 should make more sense now.

I've added the modified tracklist to the albums. Thanks for translating it, guys.

I just added the second disc's tracklist (in Japanese, of course) from this source. If someone could translate it, that'd be awesome.

Oh, and what's with disc 3? It's a DVD disc, isn't it? Why has it got 26 tracks..?

The DVD just contains the animation FMVs the game has.

Disc 3 seems to be called as an additional disc, not sure why, but I assume (hope) sounds effects or something less than 30 secs are there (if that's the case, I think it's a very wise decision as in not a few soundtracks am I annoyed by them).

Oh I see, so there are 3 CD's and a DVD. If that's the case, then I imagine the additional disc contains jingles and the like.

I got disc 3 up, along with translations. It's a real substantive disc of music.

I couldn't figure out any semblance of meaning for 3-19.

Thanks so much for that, SS!

I'm pleasantly surprised by disc 3. I don't know what's so "additional" about it---it looks like it contains a fair whack of battle and location themes.

3-19 seems to be referring to a bow and string instrument. I've translated it as "fiddler" for now.

It became a 3 disc soundtrack during the mastering session, so the third disc is called an additional disc.
