Is FRAME really a "publisher" or is it an imprint ?

I think Frame is a label of Up-Front Works.

I think FRAME became an imprint or whatever of avex, because incoming singles and albums have the AVCD stem of avex now
that and the fact that danball senki lbx soundtrack PKCF release has been canceled but reassigned to an AVCD release
