I doubt this was ever released on CD?

Can Miroslav Vitous be credited for that album?
If yes then you must also include Peter Siedlaczek..

I doubt that too - still the 78 minutes would fit a CD. I have the MP3s, however.

Also, double posting and symultaneous edit are evil XD

On the back it says "mastered with Nero" - we can assume the author had an intial CD circulation, even if small (domestic)?
