See this thread for general notes about what I'm trying to do with these albums: https://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6420.

Game-by-game composer information is given on this album. Names double-checked with this site: https://web.archive.org/web/20140828...ag_l/mag09.htm.

I've decided to treat the "Super Famicom Magazine blah blah blah Special Supplement" as the display title for the album and the "NEW GAME SOUND MUSEUM" stuff as a separate-line subtitle so that these album titles don't take up three lines any more. The main factor for deciding to go with the "Special Supplement" title instead of the "Sound Museum" one was that albums 19 through 22 seem to only use the "Special Supplement" title.

01~04: Seiken Densetsu 2
Listed composer: Hiroki Kikuta
It's gonna be really easy to verify these Square games: http://vgmdb.net/album/721

05~07: Final Fantasy IV
Listed composer: Nobuo Uematsu
boop beep boop: http://vgmdb.net/album/1854

08~10: Romancing Sa・Ga
Listed composer: Kenji Ito
here's this thing: http://vgmdb.net/album/215

11: Final Fantasy V
Listed composer: Nobuo Uematsu
FINAL FANTASY V ORIGINAL SOUND VERSION: http://vgmdb.net/album/37

12~14: Mystic Quest
Listed composers: Yasuhiro Kawakami, Ryuji Sasai
This album doesn't break down composition, but the OST does: http://vgmdb.net/album/1229

15~18: Sword World SFC
Listed composer: CHAKA-POCO
"Music: Yumi Kinoshita, Yusaburo Shimojyo, Shigekazu Kamaki, Yoshiya Takayama, Daisuke Emura" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4f48aY_P4o&t=4m33s
"CHAKA-POCO" here seems to be either a collective name for T&E Soft's sound team or just an alias for one of its members, because it's also credited on TIM-SFC11 for another T&E game.
EDIT (2019-07-17): updated with credits from staff roll

19~22: Crayon Shin-chan: Arashi o Yobu Enji
Listed composer: Sun-L (さん・える)
Romanized in the end credits of Battle Crusher: https://youtu.be/eNLWQud2NbE?t=1485
Sun-L is a developer, not a person: http://gdri.smspower.org/wiki/index.php/Sun_L. The game has a short staff roll that does not include sound credits: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9987296 (9:49).
This game was included in Norihiko Togashi's old works list: http://web.archive.org/web/200301011.../txt/work.html
EDIT (2021-05-08): added romanization source

23~25: Kunio-kun no Dodgeball da yo: Zenin Shuugou!
Listed composer: Kazuo Sawa + Technōs Sound Team (テクノスサウンドチーム)
"Music composed by: K. Sawa, C. Iizuka, R. Uehara, K. Kataoka": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6rQxmCWM9k&t=1m26s
Kazuo Sawa went freelance in 1993 according to Wikipedia, so that's probably why he's credited separately from Technōs.

26~27: Super Nobunaga no Yabou: Zenkokuban
Listed composer: Yoko Kanno
OST: http://vgmdb.net/album/3611

28~31: Bazoo! Mahou Sekai
Listed composer: CUBE
"Sound: CUBE Co.,Ltd": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9C8lF4YcPko&t=5m16s
EDIT (2019-07-17): Miyoko Takaoka wrote music for this, but likely not the whole soundtrack
I'm not sure about an official romanization for バズー, but "Bazoe" seems more common for some reason or another, even on Japanese sites. EDIT (2019-07-17): I changed it to "Bazoo"

32~34: Sonic Wings
Listed composer: Naoki Itamura
"Sound: Nao. Itamura, M. Yamana" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIV2Av6OHwU&t=0m21s
I believe the SNES soundtrack was completely original. The arcade OST is credited to "Meguru Kohzanji" (耕三寺 巡), which I suspect is an alias of one of Video System's sound guys (maybe even Itamura) because that name doesn't appear in the staff listed in attract mode.

35~37: Nitro Punks: Might Heads
Listed composer: Rikki Hakase (リッキー博士)
"Music by Rikei Hirashima" - https://www35.atwiki.jp/sfcall/pages/1314.html
Rikei, Rikki, etc.

38~39: Uchuu no Kishi: Tekkaman Blade
Listed composer: BEC Sound Team (ベックサウンドチーム)
"Sound: Skeleton" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaTBt4j7E5s&t=9m41s
This is speculated to be Tsukasa Masuko, who has gone by the alias "SKELTON" (すけるとん) in a couple of TG-CD games. I haven't seen anything conclusive connecting him to this game, though.
EDIT (2021-11-03): Those TG-CD すけるとん games I mentioned were developer by A.I, which also developed Tekkaman Blade, so it's clearly him in retrospect. See also: https://twitter.com/t_macco/status/1455763500081434629

40~43: Super Scope: Yoshi no Road Hunting
Listed composers: 西村善樹, 上村みゆき, 徳永康
Game has no credits, so I want to verify the readings of those names instead of just using what GMCL says. TOSE contributed to Yoshi's Safari in some way, so all the games listed below are other TOSE games.

西村善樹: "Yoshiki Nishimura" appears in the Canadian Copyrights Database entry for Super Play Action Football: http://gdri.smspower.org/wiki/index.php/User:CRV. Only full appearance I'm aware of. Probable variations appear in other games, like "Larsen Yoshiki" in Kore ga Pro Yakyuu '89 (TG-16) and "YN Studio" in Soccer (GB): http://gdri.smspower.org/wiki/index....ory_Archive_02.

上村みゆき: "Miyuki Uemura" appears in two separate CCD entries for Tetris 2, presumably for different systems. There also seems to be a "U. Miyuki" in Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiyajin Zetsumetsu Keikaku for the NES and a "M. Uemura" in SD Gundam Gaiden 2 for the SNES, so that pretty much covers all the bases.

徳永康: GMCL says the reading "Yasushi Tokunaga" is a guess, and I couldn't find anything to confirm it. It's very likely, though 康 could be Kou too.

Oh nice, it's totally there in his works list. Should've known to check him for a Bandai SNES game.

Do you know if he's confirmed to have been the only music guy, or if there's a possibility other people worked on the game too?

Not that I know of, but I don't see the game listed for any of the "usual suspects" like Katsuhiro Hayashi.

Okay, I just got this album and after listening to STAGE 4 for about 15 seconds there's a 0% chance this isn't Tsukasa Masuko. A little less than a minute in and it even has one of his unmistakable solo sections.

I don't believe Masuko's ever said he worked on Tekkaman Blade and I've never found any other BEC game he did, but apparently the game uses Masuko's SNES sound driver that was also used in Shin Megami Tensei and other things, which is suggestive when combined with the Skeleton credit

I don't think Masuko did any other BEC games, but he did work on other games by A.I, the developer.

I asked Masuko about Uchuu no Kishi: Tekkaman Blade on Twitter. He remembers working on it, and he may not have even been told the title of the game?

Ah, I don't know why it never occurred to me that BEC wasn't the developer but that checks out. The すけるとん credit is in other A.I games so it's gotta be him

I'm not sure if page 132 of the magazine is relevant (it looks like it's part of the "Game Music Land" section, but I posted it here so you can decide. I also added higher resolution scans of the other pages and the artwork.
