In this VGMdb listing, the album is available for sale at the 5pb website, which is the current publisher. I can't read the Japanese, but I didn't see anything resembling an "order" button. Google Translate didn't help very much. Does anybody with a better command of Japanese know how one could buy the album from 5pb directly? Thanks.

Thanks for the translation Alcahest. Unfortunately, I can't read Japanese, so even if I figured out how to register an account on the site, I don't think I can make it through the ordering process. In addition, I don't even know if they do orders outside the U.S. (EDIT: The last sentence should read: "I don't think they accept orders from outside Japan."

Yes, that is what I meant by "I don't think they do orders outside in the U.S." I should have written that as "I don't think they accept orders from outside Japan." My English is not normally that terrible. I must have been half-asleep.

Just do the CDJ Special Request for them. That is how i got all of the reprints

I have been out of the VGM buying loop for years. CDJapan does special order requests? How does that work?

You can read all about their fees, etc on this page, and then at the bottom you can click the form to special request them. Just provide the URL to the specific albums you're looking for and the specific title (no unicode) and they will send you an email with a special link to purchase the item(s). The first item you order will be marked up with the shipping and the service charge for all of your items, so don't be surprised if your first item is like 4000 - 5000 yen and all subsequent items are the normal 2000y price for the album.

Email will look something like this (this was mine):
