Some of the later tracks should probably count as arranges. For example, track 26 is "Departure" from Rockman Zero Idea and track 25 is from one of the Battle Network Rockman EXE games.

I wouldn't count them as arranges (and the album as part arrange) if they are actually in the game like that. The same thing as with FFVII tracks being arranged for FFVII: AC, for example.

How could we utilize the game list to include the two games from which these tracks were originally sourced?

Well, one idea is that we could link them (when that's ready) as "featured" just like we do with the composers in doujin arranges. They could show up with a blue text color as well.
