Kind of. The original (?) version of the song was mostly in English but certain lines were in Japanese:

The "English" version is used in both the Japanese and US releases.

Man, I wish this game was a lot better than it is. It had some neat ideas and the music was headed toward a good place.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping to "rediscover" the song via a completely Japanese version but I guess this will sorta do.
