It is used in PS2 release of beatmania 15, at least according to the wiki (second to last on the list):

That RRver. thing was funny, because that song is a Ridge Racer Tribute, no doubt about it now.

Would you be able to scan the booklet and upload it? You only submitted composers, and the list didn't include Sampling Masters, who are mentioned in the tracklist, so something is funny here. We'll need the scans to unravel this. Also, check out this guideline which covers how we ideally handle credits. It's really hard for someone on staff to verify the credits without sources.
