Default The Book of Games: Video Game Music article
Just thought I'd paste this here, since there's a preview pdf version available for download at the official site:

The article on VGM is on page 56. It focuses mainly on western games and composers, although Shigeru Miyamoto and Koji Kondo are mentioned.
