The booklet doesn't say what composer did what. There aren't even any liner notes, unfortunately. Just the album staff as transcribed in the notes.

Tracks 1, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 13~17 were composed by Junko Shiratsu per this album apparently: http://vgmdb.net/album/3066. So you can rule those out as Naganuma's work.

For as long as I've known Kobayashi worked on one of these hundreds of Soccer games, I've had a heck of a time figuring out exactly which. Especially since she's credited as a "composer" here, while on the other one she's credited as arranger.

I think I'll ask her and find out.

In the meantime, someone could ask Aihara on facebook about his work?

Sakatsuku? Soccer Tsuku?

(The former seems to be the official, but I assume the community would prefer the latter, given that we don't romanize "サントラ" as Santora, but just Soundtrack).

I checked the works list on his blog, and the only one of these games listed is Soccer Tsuku 2002. Not sure if anyone else wrote music for the game.

Now that you mention it, I guess "soccer" would usually be サッカー, wouldn't it? Hm.

For the record, "Soccer Tsuku" isn't printed in English anywhere on the album.

And for anyone wondering, Arnold Steck's composition would be Drummajorette, track 32.

I've been trying to figure out the composer credits for a while, and I'm confused about some things. I'm pretty sure Shinichiro Sato should have been credited, as he seemingly did all the BGM for Sakatsuku Tokudaigou (so, tracks 18-21 on this album). I uploaded a YouTube playlist with every track, wherein I attempted to credit composers and performers precisely, instead of broadly.

Here's what I have as of now:

01 A Special First Day (特別な一日)
Composer: Saori Kobayashi

02 Above The Horizon
Composer: Saori Kobayashi

03 Do That Again

Saxophone: Teruo Goto
Guitar: Tomoya Koga

08 Danger Zone
Composer: Junko Shiratsu

09 First To The Ball
Composer: Junko Shiratsu

10 Brand New Future
Composer: Junko Shiratsu
Saxophone: Teruo Goto
Guitar: Tomoya Koga

11 Break Through

Trumpet/Flute: Mitsukini Kohata
Guitar: Hajime Hyakkoku
Keyboard: Masaru Okuyama
Bass: Hiroaki Mizutani
Drums: Akira Sotoyama
Manipulator: Takahiro Matsumoto

12 Unleashing
Composer: Junko Shiratsu
Guitar: Hajime Hyakkoku(?)

13 Starter
Composer: Junko Shiratsu

14 Smiling Face (笑顔)

16 A Thousand Dreams (千の夢)
Composer: Junko Shiratsu

17 Keep On Walking...

Trombone: Taisei Aoki
Guitar: Hajime Hyakkoku
Keyboard: Masaru Okuyama

31 We Won The Cup
Composers: Hiroyuki Hamada, Tomomitsu Matsushita, Masayoshi Ishi, Tetsuya Murai

32 Drum Majorette
Composer: Arnold Steck

33 The Rival
Composers: Hiroyuki Hamada, Masayoshi Ishi, Tomomitsu Matsushita, Yuhki Mori

34 Who Scored?
Composers: Hiroyuki Hamada, Masayoshi Ishi, Tomomitsu Matsushita, Yuhki Mori

I'm very unfamiliar with the composers for most of the second half, so I can't give very good composer guesses for those. If anyone has more precise guesses, I'd like to hear about them.
For track 12 (Unleashing), I can tell the drum programming was done by Shiratsu, and I'm guessing the guitar player is the same as the opening/ending theme. For tracks 18-21, I included Hiroyuki Hamada in addition to Shinichiro Sato (just in case). For tracks 29-34, I included broad credits from the games, since it doesn't seem like this album credited all the composers.

Be careful here - when guessing who did what, you should specify which tracks are just guesswork, even if you're confident about them, and for stuff that's confirmed then it's helpful to provide sources. Otherwise this can lead to misinformation spreading if they're ultimately not correct.

I assume Hiroyuki Hamada composed/arranged all of 29~34, as he's the only person credited on those games to also be credited on this album. Though that may not mean much as Shinichiro Sato is the only person credited for BGM on Sakatsuku Tokudaigou and he's not mentioned here either, so it's very much possible that CHAMY.Ishi and Tetsuya Murai did songs but are just uncredited (the other sound creators credited on 03 and 04 only do sound effects so I highly doubt they were involved wth music).
