As for the first track, I feel it rather be "Frascoration", unless it's a military high school anime like Girls und Panzer.

you feel? but what is it supposed to be?
because flask ration could be related to a liquid in a bottle (never seen lyrics so...)
but I don't get what your guess could mean

I know there exists no such word, but it still gives a similar sounding to frustration, and has a better search result. "Flask Ration" can only bring an image of a liquid food in a glassy vessel, and I feel it's too much out of place. As far as I read the lyrics, have an impression that frascoration means a mental state similar to frustration, though only the lyricist knows the actual meaning.

I also changed the 2nd track, but it's of course revertable depending on discussions.

I thought about that frustration thing, but having a ko instead of a to
I could agree with that mental thing (lyricist is maybe mentally... whatever)

I've read lyrics and I must admit I don't see Flask Ration having sense
but it's sorta official "The Flask's Ration" as I could read on some sites but honestly I didn't make further searches if it really was the case

about tr2, you mean on the other album, I'm not against that idea (I had just changed the wording without paying attention to japanese tracklist)
also, (I didn't check if there must be a reason but...) why koi kurage is romanized in english tracklist?

Yeah, there isn't any reason why "Koi Kurage" and "Karakuri" weren't translated aside that I just forgot about them. The latter is a tad difficult though, as the title might just be made up of the abbr. of "Karakara Mawaru" and "Kurikaeshi" in the lyrics.
