The tracklist implied there's another system represented. TG-16/PC Engine?

Just checked the samples on the EGG Music page and compared with the HES, and tracks 1-17 are definitely TG-16 music.

Actually, the TurboGrafx version of this game is the only version GameFAQs listed and that I could find anywhere. Are the PC-98 tracks from a PC-98 version that was never released?
