Have a dilemma here, page for the package:

says both publisher & distributor to Bandai Visual (発売・販売元 バンダイビジュアル)
but here it's Hibiki music as the publisher even though the disc scan has only sound recording copyright - ℗ to Hibiki (and made by aka manufactured by). Help please?

bandai visual released (pub/dis) the whole package but hibiki made the music cd enclosed with this release

Ah OK, so what would be more correct thing to do for Kyousou dramas, maybe "NIPPON COLUMBIA, Toei Video (distributed by TOEI COMPANY)"? Disc has both Columbia and Toei Video on it, so to mention them all...

just columbia, without toei because the disc only has columbia logo
toei video releases the package (bluray etc)

it's probably related to the whole package or the copyrights of the anime

also, the disc only says made in japan by nippon columbia
so toei can be omitted imo

Package publisher/distributor info (発売元：東映ビデオ株式会社 / 販売元：東映株式会社) plus Toei Video on the disc seems... not exactly right to ignore (true, only my opinion).

Made/manufactured by & published isn't always the same though, you can have one company as manufacturer but other as the publisher, sometimes third company as distributor (and even more)...

Don't get me wrong, just trying to understand this issue better.
