This doesn't exist, or no longer does. There is indeed a page to purchase it on Steam, but despite taking your money, it doesn't actually work. No files are added to the game directory, the soundtrack does not show up in the Steam Soundtracks section, and the devs seem to have abandoned the game at least many months ago. Based on the fact that it has all negative reviews on Steam, I'm tempted to say it was never actually available? I can't be sure of that, though.

It does seem to have existed at one point, SteamDB shows records for it containing 12 files totaling 90 megs https://steamdb.info/depot/1214950/

Interesting.. Well that's unfortunate. Hopefully someone happens to have it, I made a post on the game's discussion page on Steam.
