I would suggest to keep "Shizuku" in the title field in one form or another. Since "雫" is romanized as Shizuku and that's the name of product represented, it makes sense to have it in a database under that name as well.
And it helps for the search purposes as well.

Ah, I overlooked "Shizuku" was also officially used by Leaf, so I'd add it to the third or fourth line.

Does anybody know where Michio Kinugasa credit came from? He wasn't involved in the previous release (1, 2), but does he have something to do with the 2004 release?

Apparently he composed track 23 "CRAZY PHANTOM" according to Leaf Sound Complex SIZUKU & KUSARI. The track is present on this (2004) and C71 (2006) release.

EDIT: Since the tracklist (for Shizuku) is the same on both albums, I transferred the composition & arrangement credits from that release to this one.
