This is not a reprint.

New tracks are added.
(It is "Shiren the Wanderer".)

I added a translation of the tracklist. I took the old one for most things, but made a few changes.

Oh, but even though I can't prove it, 2-12 still sounds wrong somehow.

Should this really be classified as "Original Soundtrack"? I don't think these are the versions appearing in the games. The 4.6 Billion Year Story tracks do not sound like in YouTube videos of gameplay and the Shiren the Wanderer songs are clearly not even SNES synth.

Definitely. The EVO tracks are completely different from the game and even from the two known arrange albums.
I don't know about the other tracks since I'm not too familiar with the games.

The translation of 2-12 is definitely wrong, just like I'd thought. It's a specific reference to Buddhism. See here.

Should it be translated Six Worldly Realms, perhaps?

Are these all new (as of 2010) Motoaki Takenouchi arrangements, or do there just happen to be a few old ones included?

They're taken from the earlier version of this album.

Ah thank you, that explains a lot. Or enough. I wonder if he shall be heard from again?

I'm fortunate enough to own both version of this album, and the old APCG release has the arrangement listed as: 武内基朗

and the new one has it listed as: 竹内基朗

Do we need to add the latter as an alternate to Motoaki Takenouchi's name? Or is this a misprint?
