Default VGMdb API
Hi all,

first of all let me thank you for this great website. I used to lurk here for years and then somehow forgot about it while exploring other non-VGM music. Now I'm back and I'm glad the website is still alive.

I have a question as a developer: is an API for the database in the works? It would be really useful for a variety of things. If it's in your plans, do you have a roadmap? I have a number of projects in my mind that could use it.

Hey pt2ph8

The API is still not something we have worked on. It's in the plan, but there are quite a few things ahead of it, and progress has been kind of slow.

What kinds of things are people hoping to see in the API?
