From Disc 2 track 5
筋肉刑事(マッスルデカ)は何度でも逝く Kinniku Keiji wa Nandodemo Iku I 'm suspect about word "逝く". From google trans, it get word "Iku". But from dictionary, it get "Yuku". In meaning, both source have same meaning that is "die". We should use "Iku" or "Yuku"? |

furigana has priority over original meaning (edit: and it's shaga, not shiga)

Yuku / Iku both is available for 逝く like 行く (Actually the two words are cognate with each other), but usually Yuku unless there is a urigana or specific contexts.

Iku is correct, I'd recommend checking JASRAC before changing a spelling to another. Also furigana should just be written instead of the normal reading.

Great,
I didn't realize it shows kana and romaji writes for titles cause I've been referring to jasrac largely to find artists' kanji name. Last edited by whatkind; Oct 17, 2016 at 04:08 AM. |
