I guess this particular one should be linked to http://vgmdb.net/album/42016 and be treated as an alternate release or something.

Edit: Arguably, it could even be wiped, as it's officially free on http://www.thinkwithportals.com/music.php and a link to steam be added on the other page.

I am agree, it's just a "reprint", nothing new.
Should just be mentioned in the other entry.

Yeah we now have five different entries covering the same soundtrack, where only the method of acquisition differs. Since the are no catalog numbers involved I agree we should only keep the final 'Songs to Test By' entry and simply make a note about other (past/present) availability.

This yet again highlights the problems with dealing with digital releases.

Why should only the final (CD) "Songs to Test By" be kept? I've seen on many occasions if digital releases were the very first release available to the public, they are kept. They were the first ones after all, they do deserve to have their own entries, IMO.

It's different if the CD is the very first original release and we probably don't need later identical digital "reprints" (again, IMO). Even that is challenged by "the time gap criteria". Recently this digital "reprint" was approved. Came more than a year and a half after CD.

It's similar to an enchanted circle really. And something that maybe only a database redesign would eventually solve for good.

I don't say we need to get rid of all of them. But that last entry is too similar to this one.
Also because you can get the soundtrack for free there.

Keeping the Volume 1, 2, 3 entries works too.
