Hiroyuki Maruyama is listed as an employee/contractor of TTS Products Co., Ltd. Whatever that is. Hirota is also listed under this company. I don't know enough of Hirota's background to say what the link is.

TTS Products seems to be the business end of Hirota's Twin Tail Studio: http://www.tts-products.co.jp/.

Hiroyuki Maruyama's name in Japanese is 丸山 裕之. Three additional games credited to him on the TTS site (all collaborative with fellow TTS member Kingyo Miyamoto / 宮本金魚, and maybe others?): Inazuma Eleven: Bakunetsu Soccer Ball (arcade), Lilpri DS: Hime Chen! Apple Pink (DS), and Cookin' Idol Ai! Mai! Main!: Game de Hirameki! Kirameki! Cooking (DS).
