The notes give the information about the track "Us Two..." but it's called "Together..." in the tracklist. But then it's called "Us Two..." in the Maxi Single. Since futari basically means "two people" and not really "together", I'm going to change this to "Us Two..." rather than change everything else to "Together...".
Also, in case I didn't type this enough, ...

ふたり does mean "two people", but when you add the particle で it can be translated as "together", or otherwise "with the two [of us]".
Depends on your preference. I like "together" because it removes the need to specify the subject.
