Just received an email from Nano saying that there's an error on one of the tracks so they're repressing the CDs and as a result the album will be 3-7 days behind release schedule.

Added the Japanese tracklist and an English translation of my own, plus the track sources given on the back cover. I couldn't find consistent English translations for all of Kenji Miyazawa's stories referenced, but I liked a lot of the ones from the Kenji Miyazawa Picture Book Series by the International Foundation for the Promotion of Languages so I mainly used those. カイロ団長 doesn't seem to have an English translation so I just went with "Boss Kairo" (カイロ being a character's name and not the city of Cairo).
