OH MY GOD. Please tell me this isn't being bundled with an Xbox360 game. I really hope I still get the Death Smiles Arrange album, but if not, this will definitely serve as a very nice replacement.

This is sold at the next online Cave matsuri. No announcement of any later release yet.

Well, at least that means there's a small chance it'll be available for order at Play Asia in the future.

For god's sake, Cave, stop this...
I hope like Don that this will be sold sold through Play-asia as well.

Wait a moment... Virt? Ippo !? Okay, this caught me offguard o_O.
Knowing Virt's good experience with arrangements, I'm really really curious on how he'll handle one of my favorite songs in the game.

I really hate to say this, because I love CAVE albums...

But these days I'm almost becoming nonchalant about new Cave cds because I know there's barely a 0.01% chance we can get a hold of them anymore. I wish it didn't have to be this way...

On a brighter note...according to Play Asia, they are preparing my Death Smiles Limited Edition shipment, so it looks like I might be getting the arrange album after all! I won't hold my breath until I get it in the mail, but it looks hopeful!

Well, apparently, it's not so hard to get the limited edition even three days later. Some shops still hold the stocks. Perhaps people except for die-hard Cave fans avoided purchasing another bug-laden shooter game (the 360 port of Dai Ou Jou already discontinued for it)

Me?
1) Don't own an Xbox360
2) 9240Yen
3) Currently reissuing my credit card.

Pass.

Definitely surprised with the names featured on this one, especially Virt (!?), Ippo Yamada, and Michiko Naruke. Though some of them only get short supplementary themes, which kinda sucks. I'm looking forward to Yack's arrangement of the first stage. Don't let me down!

Looks like there's another Cave CD getting released on the same day, a Vocal Collection of some sort?... (CD & DVD combo)

I made the basic entry (CVST-0997) if anyone wants to flesh it out a bit

the "die-hard CAVE fans" are the ones who make a stink about it far before anyone else does, actually. it's just that DOJ happened to already have a fantastic port; I can honestly say that if Ketsui turned out as "bad" as DOJBLEX did, it would be treated better simply because no one has ever fucking played it

Shouldn't only the title section on the back cover and first booklet page be part of the track names? "Stage1", "StageClear" etc... aren't under "title" but another section. It should just e.g. be "INTERCEPTION - Noisy Town".

TECHNOuchi said that he got the idea for his track to gradually fade out and fade back from "Video Killed the Radio Star" by Buggles. Inspiration comes from everywhere!
