a way to distinguish digital vs physical?
Currently, if I search for say "Perfect Dark Dual", I find that there are two albums
http://vgmdb.net/search?q=perfect+dark+dual I know that the reprint in 2013 is a digital and not a physical release. However, in many cases I might not know which one is a physical and which one a digital release without clicking on the album. Is it possible to update the listings so that a digital album will be distinguishable from a physical album upon quick inspection? Perhaps have a "D" or something like that before the listing? This would be nice, if doable. Thanks. |

Advanced Search > Detailed Options > Media Format > Digital Release (to be checked)
the only way I know to distinguish that (hope it helps, not sure) |

Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to include the format on the search page. I can think of other examples like a CD, CD+DVD and CD+Blu-ray with same title on the search page but no way to tell them apart.

D for digital (like the re-print icon)?

or D for Definitely-too-tiny
I'm not really against that icon idea, but if it's for having an icon looking like another no best way to be confused (or with a different color) edit: note that alternate printing have R icon too, it should be a different one Last edited by Phonograph; May 9, 2013 at 11:49 AM. |
