Default Toji Akasaka (#5235)
Anime News Network confirms that "赤坂東児" is Toji Akasaka, however some other sites says that Toru Akasaka is the correct reading for this name...

"Toji Akasaka" is presumably taken from the R1 release of the Project A-ko movie:
