I posted full scans. They don't come out super-clear because the final page (10) has the hard plastic circle that holds the disc ... so getting the pages flat against the scanner was a real hassle. I did my best.

The primary reason I did these scans is because we have English versions of Yuzo Koshiro's commentary and the game director's commentary. Great resource.
